narcississyThis is more along the lines of avoidant Farsi-ing. Sister site Dreamwidth (totally not the nicer sister) took about an hour-and-a-half of my day's toiling and e-defenestrated it. I mean, Firefox, when it isn't freezing, is all too fond of abruptly shutting down...but I'm guessing that LiveJournal, much like its sister, has not the capability of auto-saving content of an entry that is being edited. This is obviously the first time that this has happened to me. Surely I've wanted to stab Firefox in the face, but this is Dreamwidth's doing as well.
It was only an hour-and-a-half's worth of journaling.
An hour-and-a-half's worth that must be repeated--an hour-and-a-half that must be reinvested.
In an attempt to procrastinate aforementioned reinvestment of my time in that specific task, I come bearing Farsian gifts from a dated article on the banning of Al Jazeera in Bahrain:
